DAVID HARTANTO WIDJAJA is NOT GUILTY

Today (5/3-09) me and David Hartanto (a.k.a Ming2) primary and secondary school friends all together went to visit Hartanto family, just to send our condolences and at the same time to find the truth because we believe that David won't do those things that the Singapore Media has published. Upon our arrival at David's house we were greet by David's elder brother Willian Hartanto (a.k.a Weha)

The more we go deeper into this case, it gets more and more bizarre and open, and for the news that starts to bring the truth, we thank David's NTU school friend name EDWIN, we know that by telling us this truth he is putting him self on risks, with that we also want to help to spread the facts even-though the news been covered by the NTU side.

All the bizarre facts:

1. The splashing news of David attacked Prof Chap Kap Luk and then he committed suicide by cutting his wrist and jump over, it is NOT clear. Actually there was NO scar on his wrist, so how can they come out with such news? And what for they create this FAKE incident?

2. When David's family arrived Monday night after the incident, his family straight away wanted to see David's dead body, but it was forbid by certain people with the excuse that "it is the law", and of course his family follow the order not to see it plus that they were still in shock! By the time they allowed to see David's corpse, which on the next day the family was only permitted to see David's corpse from neck and above, whereas the other part of his body was covered with plastic. Hartanto family did confirmed to the Singapore police side, that there was no scar on his wrist. At that time Hartanto family also saw David's frontal neck (around his neck below the shoulder) left with lots of wound.

The questions are. Why Hartanto family had to wait for 1 day just to see their beloved son and brother David's corpse? Why the corpse has to be covered by plastic? Is such law really existed? Or it’s just an article from somebody to cover up the real story? Where was the wound on his neck come from? And why David’s corpse looked badly bleed and injured around his backside?

3. The moment Hartanto arrived at the incident location on Monday night (the day they arrived) because they weren’t allowed to see David’s corpse, they can’t find anything, no blood or police line. Great isn’t it? In just around 7 hours from the incident, the location has been cleaned up, with no trace! Is there any reason to clean up the location is such rush?

4. When the family saw David’s room, guess what they found? His entire computer gadget was left ON. Do you think someone with the intention to kill will on the entire computer gadget? It is even told by some testimony of his friends, David’s MSN account was still ON. Does this look like David’s wants to end his life to you? ?He even still played online game till 2am on the day of incident with the friend that visited his family (the earlier story on top)

5.. David left his bag that he always carries everyday in the Professor’s room, and guess what’s inside? There were towel and 1,5L mineral water bottle (everyone who knows David a.k.a Ming2 will definitely know this, in class, since primary school, Ming2 always carries towel and even always put it around his neck in class. He also always carries big water bottle because his mom always tells him to consumed lots of water. Do you think someone with the intention to kill and suicide will carry such stuff?? It will be much easier to just bring a big knife (bigger than 10cm knife that shown and found in the incident location, which unclear it belongs to who?

6. His family was forbid when they want to visit Proffesor Chan Kap Luk, with the given excuse that the Prof was in the ICU. But on Wednesday the Prof was discharged from hospital, is it possible for someone that badly injured who went to ICU can just be discharged in less than 2 days? Is the Prof really injured? Or just reading newspaper and relax in ICU??

7. When the family wanted to see the “Witness” who saw David jump from 4th floor, NTU’s side again FORBID them to see the witness with the excuse of it has to remain secret. Ok if that’s so, how can we know that the witness really saw David jump of the 4th floor and not accidentally fall or pushed by someone?

8. ?David’s data and FYP (Final Year Project) was already deleted from NTU database. In just 2 days, NTU immediately deleted David’s FYP topic that he working on. Is there any specific reason behind these rush actions from NTU? Don’t they have the urge to keep one of their scholar student’s files? Why they straightaway deleted all the files like as though he never exist.

9. Singapore police withhold David’s laptop and will return it once the investigation is done. What is that for?

10. The knife that was found at the incident location, was reported that it’s from hall 4? Is that after the investigation or it’s just their make-up story. A friend from NTU said that normally their university instructor have small knife in their room that they use to cut fruits. So? Is that knife belongs to David Hartanto or Chap Kap Luk?

11. The estimated incident time was at 10.45am Singapore time on Monday, isn’t it sound bizarre that there weren’t many student to witness the incident? Or is there any pressure from NTU to shut their mouth??

12. The weapon that they found was 10cm long fruit knife WITHOUT the handle! Where is the handle? Why there was no investigation on the fingerprint? It is obviously impossible to stab someone without the handle, so whoever it is they definitely need the handle, but the news is still not clear.



The news coverage from media was just follow the speculation based on NTU’s story, below is the clarifications:

1.David intended to kill his professor and jump to kill himself. Inside that room there were only David and the professor, David is gone and the only testimony that we can hear was all from the professor, where can we know that his testimony is the truth? Without strong proof, professor’s testimony became the reason to put the blame on David

2. David was stated to be in stress stage because the scholarship was taken, he even target wrongly to be mad/ angry to his instructor. Isn’t it sounds bizarre? David indeed knew that his scholarship was taken away because his grade was diminished, and it was not the professor’s fault. David’s family was informed since the 1st day of this announcement and his family had accepted that and was able to pay for it as well. And David was acting like normal about this, for those who know him, they will definitely know that he is fine and don’t really care about these matter, and this can also be proven through his post:

3. It was also said that David going through depression because he cant finish his FYP. One of David’s school friend said that He was almost finish it. He didn’t come back to Indonesia last semester to complete his FYP. For those who knows David well enough, especially us his ex-schoolmate, we of course know that David has game addiction since long time ago, but 1thing he always do his homework very well, without anyone’s help. So if they said David attacked the professor because of his unfinished FYP, this fact is really not making any sense.

4. David was announced disappeared without interaction with his friends for 1week before the incident, but David’s family knew the truth that He was concentrating to finish up his FYP. So the statement that he disappeared from his circle of friends because of depression and intend to kill the professor was not valid at all, because even at that time he was often chat with his brother, he even play online game with this Indonesian friend who is located in Indonesia. Does this look like someone who is in depression and wanted to kill his professor? NOT AT ALL !!

Right now the facts that appeared after ditch media coverage are:
1.David fell and died from 4th floor, without any scar on his wrist and with wound around his neck and his backside was covered with blood
2.The professor was discharged from the ICU after only 2 days
3.The knife that unknown where was it came from and was found without the handle
4.The university side been covering these facts

Speculations and possibilities
Is that true David attacked professor when he was hunching and facing the computer? If it was true, right now the professor wont be able to went back to his house in a healthy condition.

Could it be that the professor is actually the one who attacked David? This is really possible, because all the evidence and facts that was directed to that possibility. So what was the motif? Until today only God and professor Chan Kap Luk himself who knows the truth.

But today the buzz is that the professor wants to arrogate/take David’s FYP. This matter was supported with the testimonies of David’s friend who said that his FYP was almost finished. Could a university instructor and a professor of one of the most well known university in developed country wants to arrogate/take their own student’s FYP? The fact is, Yes, that could happen?

Someone just call him/she (A) who heard David’s death said that an NTU’s professor in different subject, give D grade to A’s FYP, then the professor offered A to make a new FYP and he will give him B grade in condition that the previous FYP will be taken and became his (the professor). Does it sound weird? Yes, the professor wants to arrogate/take the rights of A’s FYP with the lure of his grade.

So this matter actually was not something that is new in NTU, it’s just that this time round ends tragically for David because he didn’t want to give up the rights of his FYP. Once more, these are just speculations, but it was way more logic than what the media and NTU has been published.
Ming, currently you were not here anymore, and there is nothing we can do for you, besides to recover back your name and state the truth, you rest there well.

Guys do you know what are Hartanto’s family really face right now? NTU, a famous university that belongs to Singapore’s government! It is like ITB University in Indonesia. What can a little people of 3 name Hartanto’s family do? What can their big family and friends with total of hundred or less do? Can they fight NTU? CAN! How? We have to state the truth and have to be state clearly without changing or covering anything. At this moment, we as internet user, hope to spread these truth as far as it can go, so that many people pay more attention to this case and will do more investigation. At least don’t let them think that David is the one to blame and guilty! Because is obviously NOT TRUE!
