Director Kevin Tong will also be with us in person to share his experiences of filming a horror movie and working with the local and Hongkong stars!

After surviving a near- fatal shoot out with a killer, Lee, a rookie cop, is assigned to the shady Miscellaneous Affairs Department where his duties include answering complaints from the public - of the supernatural sort. This sets the ambitious young cop on a collision course with Wong, the grizzled jaded boss of Miscellaneous Affairs until both men find themselves investigating a string of bizarre suicides that look increasingly like an authentic case of demonic possession. Rule #1 manages to create suspense through gripping drama and smart dialogue. Ekin Cheng shines playing the cynical Wong under Kelvin Tong's direction which won him the Best Actor Award at the Pucheon International Fantastic Film Festival. Tong's other suspense and horror film, The Maid was also a box-office success.
